I am Carol Cape with RE/MAX Town and Country in Myrtle Beach area.

My office is located just off Bypass Hwy 17 in Myrtle Beach.
This location is ideal, since it is in the center of the areas in which I specialize - from the North end of Myrtle Beach to the Litchfield, Pawleys Island communities.

I have been selling real estate since 1974 and have been here, in SC, since 1976 . I am in general real estate which means I can help you in your search for the perfect condo, home, vacation property. If you would rather build you dream home, I can help you find the right builder. I can also help with commercial real estate if you are considering a site, buying a business or a building for your business.

In order for me to prepare a list of suitable options, I ask that you supply me with your wants and needs. I need to know your price range, and what type of property you are seeking - how many bedrooms, baths and size of property. As soon as I receive your detailed information, I can begin the process and email you back properties that fit your desires for you to preview before your visit to view properties.
